LPG transporter, or liquefied petroleum gas transporter, is a special vehicle specially designed for transporting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).LPG is a flammable and explosive gas, so LPG transporters must be designed and manufactured in accordance with stringent safety standards and regulations to ensure safety during transport.
LPG transporter usually consists of the following main parts:
1.Tank: The tank is the core part of the transporter and is used to store LPG. It is usually made of high-strength steel to withstand internal pressure and external impacts. The interior of the tank may contain anti-wave plates, loading and unloading lines, and safety accessories such as safety valves and emergency shut-off valves
2.Sump: The sump is the frame that supports the tank and provides mobility, and is usually connected to the tank by removable joints.
3.Operator's box: the operator's box contains the loading and unloading lines, valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc., which are used to control and monitor the LPG loading and unloading process.
4.Safety accessories: These include safety valves, level gauges, temperature measuring devices, emergency cut-off devices, conductive earthing devices, fire extinguishers, etc., to ensure safety during the transport process
