Structure Composition: Bulk cement semi-trailer trucks mainly consist of a special purpose vehicle chassis, a powder material tank, a pneumatic pipeline system, and a transmission system. The tank is usually a straight cylindrical structure, made of high-quality steel plates rolled in one piece, with standard elliptical heads at both ends, featuring high overall strength, good rigidity, and pressure resistance.
Working Principle: The bulk cement truck uses the vehicle's power to drive an air compressor, which sends compressed air through pipes into the bottom chamber of the sealed tank, suspending the powdery material on the fluidized bed in a fluidized state. When the pressure inside the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened, and the fluidized material flows through the pipeline for unloading.
Discharging System: The discharging system of the bulk cement truck includes a main air pipe for the front and rear chambers, which can be controlled simultaneously or individually through ball valves. When the system works, the compressed air causes the powdery material in the tank to become fluidized, and when the pressure reaches 0.196Mpa, the discharge butterfly valve is opened to achieve unloading.
Lightweight Design: With the focus on the self-weight of transportation vehicles, bulk cement semi-trailer trucks are also developing towards lightweightness. The use of new materials such as aluminum alloys, combined with structural optimization and improvement, reduces the self-weight of the vehicle and increases transportation efficiency.
